Needlecases

I made a select few of these needlecases to go with my pincushions. I've wanted to make needlecases for sometime now, ever since finding a tiny little old one at The Antique Textile Fair in Manchester a couple of years back. I launched them at Origin and then showed them a few days later at The Great Northern in Manchester. I'm pleased to say that they went down a treat!

Inside view: Each one varies but has an inner made from an old wool blanket, I then hand blanket stitch around the edge to prevent any fraying.

My friend Lindsey liked your stuff at The Great Northern and picked up your card. Only later did she realize she'd briefly met you in Oxford city centre, and she'd seen your name on Sally's Facebook. Small world etc...

Ha! That's funny/nice. Did I meet her when we were waiting for Sally to buy that dress?

You did yes, that's right.
